Boxing


We are a boxing program that increases the quality of life for all participants. Where most fitness clubs are happy to accept dues from club patrons who never show up, we at The Armory have a real commitment to actually helping our members get in shape. Our programs are designed to increase member participation which results in more people achieving their goals.

The core draw for members are the signature Group Classes. These classes are boxing and cardio oriented and are taught in a ‘boot-camp’ fashion. Members jump rope, do push-ups, sit-ups, and all manner of calisthenics… in addition to hitting their own individual punching bags, mits, and working one on one. All of this is done with hands on instruction from our class instructor and head boxing coach, Pete White.

Our classes are for anyone and everyone who is serious about starting a fit and healthy lifestyle or is already living one! From out of shape to in shape, we have something for everyone. Don’t worry, you don’t have to fight in the ring to train like a fighter. We will help you build unreal confidence blended with an amazing work ethic and help you develop the skills that will help you be victorious in and out of the ring.
